The quality of a school is highly dependent on the learning process. This can be supported by the provision of facilities by schools, both in physical form (facilities and infrastructure) and the competence of teaching staff.
Sekolah adalah lembaga pendidikan yang menyelenggarakan jenjang pendidikan formal, baik dalam bentuk sekolah negeri, yakni dikelola oleh pemerintah maupun swasta. Dalam melakukan kegiatan belajar-mengajar, sekolah bertujuan untuk mendidik para siswa di bawah pengawasan guru.
Mutu sekolah sangat bergantung pada proses pembelajaran. Hal ini bisa didukung oleh penyediaan fasilitas oleh sekolah, baik dalam bentuk fisik (sarana dan prasarana) maupun kompetensi tenaga pengajar.

On December 01, 2023, PT Pacific Medan Industri was visited by students of SMK N 7 Medan who were warmly welcomed by the company's leadership and staff. This CSR activity began by providing a brief introduction to the company profile and exposure related to the world of palm oil and its derivatives with the aim of sharing knowledge with students. The students of SMK N 7 Medan were very active and enthusiastic as seen from the number of students who asked questions during the presentation.
Pada tanggal 01 Desember 2023, PT. Pacific Medan Industri kedatangan para siswa SMK N 7 Medan yang disambut hangat oleh pimpinan perusahan beserta jajaran. Kegaitan CSR ini dimulai dengan memberikan pengenalan singkat mengenai profil perusahaan dan pemaparan terkait dunia minyak sawit dan turunannya dengan tujuan berbagi ilmu dengan para siswa. Para siswa SMK N 7 Medan sangat aktif dan antusias dilihat dari banyaknya siswa yang bertanya pada saat kegiatan pemaparan tersebut.
After the presentation, a cooperation agreement in the field of education was signed between PT. Pacific Medan Industri represented by the Operational Director, Mr. Ali Saleh Ali Sulaiman and the Principal of SMK N 7 Medan, Mrs. Evi Herawati Lubis S.Pd, M.Si.
Setelah kegiatan pemaparan tersebut, dilakukan penandatanganan perjanjian kerjasama dalam bidang pendidikan antara PT. Pacific Medan Industri yang diwakili oleh Operational Direktur, Bapak Ali Saleh Ali Sulaiman dan Kepala Sekolah SMK N 7 Medan, Ibu Evi Herawati Lubis S.Pd, M.Si.
Diakhir kegiatan para siswa diajak tour keliling area pabrik dan memperkenalkan proses kegiatan produksi yang dilakukan mulai dari bahan baku sampai produk akhir di gudang.
