Vegetable ghee, also known as Vanaspati (Indian name for vegetable fat), as an alternative to the traditional butter fat ghee. Widely used in India, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Middle-East Countries, Mediterranean Region and in African Countries. It is processed to mimic the texture and flavour of ghee. Besides being cholesterol-free and suitable for vegetarians, our product offers advantages such great taste and cost efficiency.
