to PT. Pacific Medan Industri believe that a safe and healthy workplace is a fundamental right of every person and also a business imperative. Our workplace Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) policy requires that we take responsibility for maintaining a productive workplace in every part of our company by doing what we can to minimize the risk of accidents, injury, exposure to health hazards for all of our associates & contractors and damage to the property. In addition, we are working with our partners to help ensure health and safety risks are minimized for their employees and contract workers.

Comply with all applicable Health and Safety laws, regulations and standards or exceed them where company standards are higher.

While strictly adhering to relevant safety and health laws and the internal workplace business rules and procedures of our customers, we have established our SOP standards, as we work to raise the level of our safety and health management.

Systematic identification and control of workplace hazards including reduction of OH&S risks and the integration of safety and health in the evaluation of all process and product development activities

Continual improvement of the OH&S management system/safety and health performance with periodic reviews to achieve the lasting objective to develop a “Zero Accident Culture” for all employees, contractors and other interested parties.

Create Safety Awareness and Consciousness of Safety and Health amongst all Employees and provide them Appropriate Training.

Plan, develop & socialize a comprehensive Safety Program and to ensure to Provide equipment and facilities necessary to maintain a safe and healthy worksite.

Ensure that partners and contractors’ policies are compliant with our own standards, and recognize that all working on our behalf can impact our operation and reputation and that we all share a common responsibility for our safety.
